    Processing Orders

    Congratulations - if you're reading this it probably means that you've received an order for items you'd listed for sale on the website. This section explains exactly how to go about processing that order ready to despatch the goods to the customer.
    The process in simple terms:-
  • STEP 1 - Log-into your Seller account
  • STEP 2 - View order details in 'Orders Received' section
  • STEP 3 - Prepare goods for despatch
  • STEP 4 - Print-off Address Label and Invoice
  • STEP 5 - Despatch by appropriate shipping method
  • STEP 6 - Update Shipping Status to trigger payment

    Updating Shipping Statuses

    Once the order has been despatched to the customer (ie., you've taken it to your local Post Office and sent it off), the next step is to return to the Order Details page and update the Shipping Status.

    Each individual item in an order has it's own Shipping Status in case for any reason an order has to be despatched in an incomplete form - for instance because one of the ordered items is out-of-stock. Usually though every item - and thus the entire order - will be marked as despatched at the same time, which in turn triggers payment for the order to the Seller.

    Updating Shipping Statuses:-
  • For each item - use the drop-down to select the shipping method used
  • (Optional) - Enter tracking information or other details.
  • Click green 'Update shipping statuses' button at bottom of page
