With steam escaping from everywhere, due to the extreme cold conditions, two BR Class '4MT' 4-6-0s, Nos 75053 and 75063, are pictured on the bank with the up 'Cambrian Coast Express'. Both these locomotives were withdrawn from service during the following year.
