COVER PICTURE - The Model Railway Club's own working layout, in 7 mm. fine scale, stud contact, formed a major attraction in the upper hall of this year's M.R.C. Exhibition. Enlargements and improvements to the layout included this attractive scene where both of the single line branches from Tothill Junction disappear abruptly into the hills. The locomotive is a G.W.R. "47 xx" mixed traffic 2-8-0 owned by A. C. Johnson and is working a 38 wagon goods train to the storage yards behind the scenes.
