COVER PICTURE - The scene this month shows a little tri-regional co-operation in model form. At the Cardiff Exhibition last November, one of the 16.5 mm. gauge working layouts was displayed by Mr. B. White, a Great Western engine-man at Severn Tunnel Junction shed and member of the Barry Miniature Railway Club. In the picture you see a London Midland Region 3F 0-6-0T coaling up at Mr. White's locomotive depot, built (naturally enough) in Great Western style; and the coal came in Eastern Region wagons !
