COVER STORY - Andre-B - French model maker Thierry Josset adapted this commercial kit to create a stunning model. The series of tugs/pushers, which the Andre-B belongs to, is the culmination of research conducted by the Dutch company Hubregtse for the development of a shallow draft tug. The first version, Dutch Pearl was launched in 1999. A number of ship owners showed interest in this multi-tasking craft and nine were eventually built. Andre-B was the name given to our model ship.
