1938 Cub Sport (Taylor Cub). Dime scale rubber model. Quote: "...from the Jan/Feb 1999 Flying Aces Club News. issue 185-111 ...plans below were supplied by Dave Stott. The newsletter calls them old time kit plans, but they sure look like dime scale plans to me. I should think they would have been billed as such except that Dave apparently knew what price they sold for. Still seems to me that they really are what's meant by dime scale... the 17 inch 1938 Cub Sport by Ott, Flying Scale Model no. 1703. Pretty simple. You'll have to figure out the strut lengths yourself. The marking scheme looks a bit odd, but there really is a full scale plane with a rubber band painted on it like that. Unfortunately, I think it's a Champ." Update 15/11/2014: Replaced this plan with a clearer copy thanks to Swarthog. This looks to be the actual plan as supplied in the Joe Ott kit, model # 1703, and includes printwood plus a scan showing some box art.
