    This privacy policy explains how Magazine Exchange uses and protects the information about yourself that you may enter into this website whilst using it.

    Magazine Exchange is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and we aim to be fully compliant with GDPR and all other relevant legislation. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

  • If you have opened a Seller account on the website, and if you have given us permission to do so, we may periodically send you marketing or instructional emails related to the operation of your account.

  • If you have given us your information as a customer we will NOT send you marketing emails of any sort, only transactional emails (receipt emails, despatch notification emails, password recovery emails and so on) directly related to specific requests or transactions you have initiated.

    We will ensure your information is kept securely and in accordance with legal requirements and have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to prevent any unauthorised access or disclosure.

  • When registering to open a Seller account as an individual or as a publisher look for the box that you can click to give Magazine Exchange permission to send you occasional promotional, informational or instructional emails.

  • If, after having opened a Seller account, you choose to use the Payment Information form to send us your bank account details look out for the signature area you must complete to give Magazine Exchange permission to collect, store and use this information to send payments to you.

  • If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by emailing us at privacy@magazineexchange.co.uk You may also entirely close an account held with us, which will cause all of your personal data stored by us to be deleted.

  • We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law to do so.

    You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations. A small fee will be payable.
