Focus File:
This month we focus on some full size warships, especially the impressive China People s Liberation Navy, which has grown into a really important fighting force in recent years. To go with this main item we have a photo montage of a Udalov class destroyer from the Russian Navy, recovering from the post Glasnost era to something of its former strength, and open now to allowing visitors to board from time to time with their cameras!
Front Cover - The People's Liberation Army Navy is a fast growing force, with some really modern equipment coming into service but it does not seek publicity, so our regular contributor Conrad Waters has done us proud with the photo and data coverage in this issue's Focus File. Elsewhere in this issue you can find a full review of the Mount Fleet Bangarth tug, a really good performer according to our reviewer John Cox, and also marvel at Gary Grollimund's account of his working model torpedoes.
