    Magazine Exchange is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and we aim to be fully compliant with GDPR and all other relevant legislation.   • If you have given us your information as a customer we will NOT send you marketing emails of any sort, only transactional emails (receipt emails, despatch notification emails, password recovery emails and so on) directly related to specific requests or transactions you have initiated.

  • When registering to open a Seller account as an individual or as a publisher look for the box that you can click to give Magazine Exchange permission to send you occasional promotional, informational or instructional emails.

  • If, after having opened a Seller account, you choose to use the Payment Information form to send us your bank account details look out for the signature area you must complete to give Magazine Exchange permission to collect, store and use this information to send payments to you.

  • If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by emailing us at privacy@magazineexchange.co.uk You may also entirely close an account held with us, which will cause all of your personal data stored by us to be deleted.

  • We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law to do so.

    You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations. A small fee will be payable.
