COVER: Holland America's classic liner Rotterdam dating from 1958. Launched on 13 September 1958, she was christened by Queen Juliana as the pride of the Dutch merchant fleet. In 2008 she returned to The Netherlands for preservation and since February 2010 has been open for tours and meetings, offering hotel and restaurant facilities.
